If you have a high energy level with the ability to multi-task, you are the right person to provide administrative and resource support to our Client Services Team as well as take responsibility for maintaining office filing systems and creating client customer & provider packages. You will also be responsible for checking and processing expense receipts when required, assisting with the creation of purchase orders where necessary and data entry into our SAP system. As part of your role you will assist in the distribution of couriers, mail, faxes as well as ordering supplies. You will also be required to cover receptionist and switchboard/phone duties.
As the successful candidate you must have excellent English composition and business writing abilities, strong mathematical and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability work in a fast paced environment. Strong proficiency with MS Word, (45 wpm minimum), Excel, and Outlook is necessary. Experience using SAP or similar IT data base system is desirable. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English Language. A Levels, or College Diploma/Certificate in a business subject would be advantageous.
